There is no prerequisite for this training course.

Requirements

▪️ While tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices may allow for some completion of coursework, they are not guaranteed to work in all areas. Please ensure you have access to a desktop or laptop to complete coursework.

▪️ Must have internet connection. High speed broadband access (LAN, Cable or DSL) is highly recommended for the optimal learning experience.

▪️ A graphical browser is required, such as, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

▪️ Participants must have an E-mail account that is accessible because after a participant enrolls in this course, all e-mails regarding this course will be sent to the e-mail on record.

Criteria to Earn Credit

This is a certificate program. Upon completion participants will earn a certificate of completion. To earn credit for completing this training course, participants should read all material, take notes, and complete all the required assignments.

There is a final assessment at the end of this course. Participants will have two attempts to take the final assessment and must pass with a 70% or higher to earn credit.

Participants will receive 1 point for completing this training course. Points can be used towards purchase of another training course. Each point is worth $1.
