4️⃣ Identify common family challenges and concerns and learn strategies for addressing them in a respectful and supportive manner.
5️⃣ Develop cultural competence and diversity awareness to support inclusivity and respect for families from diverse backgrounds.
6️⃣ Evaluate the effectiveness of collaborative partnerships with families and identify areas for continuous improvement.

There is no prerequisite for this training course.

Requirements

▪️ Must have internet connection. High speed broadband access (LAN, Cable or DSL) is highly recommended for the optimal learning experience.

Criteria to Earn Credit

This is a certificate program. Upon completion participants will earn a certificate of completion. To earn credit for completing this training course, participants should read all material, take notes, and complete all the required assignments.

There is a final assessment at the end of this course. Participants will have two attempts to take the final assessment and must pass with a 70% or higher to earn credit.

Participants will receive 2 points for completing this training course. Points can be used towards purchase of another training course. Each point is worth $1.
