Early Care Evolution, LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality customer service to ensure our learners have the best experience.
Hours of Operation
Early Care Evolution (ECE) website is available to access 24 hours a day. We will make reasonable efforts to alert customers by posting a notification regarding planned or unplanned service outages on the website. ECE is available by phone between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. If it is after hours, please send an email. All emails will be responded to within 2-3 business days, in the order it was received. We can be contacted by phone at (770) 347-7030 or by emailing us at support@earlycareevolution.com.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Policy
Any material accessed through or offered on www.earlycareevolution.com, including but not limited to website content, course descriptions, course content, and downloadable resources, are the property of Early Care Evolution, LLC. When accessing this website or making a purchase from Early Care Evolution does not permit ownership of material. Learners may download and use resources provided in Early Care Evolution courses or on www.earlycareevolution.com for their use, but may not provide them to other parties or incorporate them, into other materials or trainings.
This Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Early Care Evolution, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, modification, republication, duplicating or any other misuse is strictly prohibited.
Online Courses
Courses are available immediately upon purchase. No course is eligible to be switched for another course once you are registered. They can be accessed within the “my courses” section of the customer’s account. Online courses can be located at www.earlycareevolution.com/course-catalog/. Customers must know the basics of navigating online and are expected to read all material, take notes, and complete all the required assignments and quizzes. Customers will be monitored throughout the learning event. Customers must meet all requirements stated above to be eligible to receive credit for any course or a certificate of completion. If customers do not meet requirements, they must wait 365 days before purchasing and retaking any course. Don’t hesitate to contact your instructor for further assistance if you have any questions or concerns.
Account Policy
All customers must have individual accounts with valid email addresses that are accessible to receive communication from their instructor and other information regarding a course. When creating an account, customers must create the account with the correct first and last name. Once an account is created, it cannot be transferred between individuals, and courses cannot be shared or transferred between accounts. Customers should refrain from sharing their user information to log into their accounts with anyone. If you forget your password, you can reset it by going to the login page, and clicking forgot password. You can contact Early Care Evolution during regular business hours if you need any other assistance with your account. Accounts may be deleted or disabled by Early Care Evolution for any reason at any time without prior notice to the account holder and without refunds.
Technology requirements
You will need regular access to a desktop or laptop. While tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices may allow for some completion of coursework, they are not guaranteed to work in all areas. Due to compatibility issues, do not attempt to take quizzes using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. Please ensure you have a PC or Mac-based computer available to complete coursework. Customers must have internet access. High-speed broadband access (LAN, Cable, or DSL) is highly recommended for an optimal learning experience.
Individual courses may have additional software requirements, including video or audio-playing software. In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their Flash or Java versions.
A graphical browser is required, such as Chrome, Firefox, etc. In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their web browser programs.

Payments
Early Care Evolution, LLC accepts all major credit cards through our secure website.
Promotional Terms
Current prices for products and services are shown on Early Care Evolution website. Early Care Evolution may change pricing at any time at its sole discretion. The amount of any sale, taxes, and shipping and handling shall be added to the price shown on our website (if applicable). Promotions and discounts are offered on our website sometimes and are subject to additional terms, limitations, and restrictions. To take advantage of promotions or discounts, you agree to comply with any terms, conditions, and regulations presented to you as a condition of participating in any promotional offer.
Return Policy
Online courses are none refundable. However, customers can receive the total amount in the form of credit, which can be used towards another purchase, provided the customer has yet to start or view the course. Customers must request a refund in the form of credit within (3) days of completing a purchase. All credits expire one year after being issued.
Any request for a refund after three (3) days following purchase or once the course has been started or viewed will not be eligible for a refund or credit. In addition, any course purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate will not qualify for a refund or credit, including group purchases.
If Early Care Evolution cannot continue or reschedule a training course, customers will be refunded in full. Refunds can take up to 7 business to complete.
Criteria to Earn Credit
Customers must read all course content, take notes, and complete all the required assignments. There is a final assessment at the end of each course. Customers will have two attempts to take the final assessment and must pass with a 70% or higher to earn credit. There will be no extra attempts to retake the final assessment. Once you have started the final assessment, complete it without interruption. If a customer cannot pass the final assessment with a 70% or higher, we encourage them to consider taking another course that meets state requirements. If a customer wishes to retake the same course, they must wait 365 days from the registration date to purchase and retake the same course.
Certificate of Completion
A certificate of completion is available immediately after completing a course, provided all requirements have been met. Customers must pass the final assessment to be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Customers must log into their account to print a certificate. Certificates issued and printed from the website are official only if they are unaltered and signed by the customer whose name is on the certificate. Certificates may not be reproduced, shared, or transferred. In the event of a dispute over a certificate’s authenticity, Early Care Evolution reserves the right to verify certificates for third parties, including but not limited to professional associations, state licensing bodies, and corporations. We will not provide or discuss customer data beyond what is necessary to establish the authenticity of a certificate. Early Care Evolution will have the final determination of the authenticity of a certificate.
Transcript
A transcript will list all of the training courses you took with Early Care Evolution and credit received. A transcript can be requested by emailing support@earlycareevolution.com or during normal business hours 9-3 EST, M-F 770-347-7030. There is a fee of $10. Please allow 3 to 5 days to complete your request.
Honor Code Statement
Participants must read, acknowledge and agree to Early Care Evolution’s honor code as part of the requirements when using this website. The honor code has been implemented to ensure customers uphold Early Care Evolution values of integrity, respect, and responsibility when registering for and completing any course. This course and its components must be completed solely by the participant, who will receive credit for completing it. Components include course content, assignments, evaluations, and final assessments.
Being dishonest in any way during this course is a form of misconduct that infringes on our honor code. If misconduct is brought to the attention of Early Care Evolution, we reserve the right to investigate and require further documentation from the customer to determine whether misconduct has occurred. Early Care Evolution will use its sole discretion to decide the outcome of any wrongdoing in such an event. If the customer is found to be dishonest in any way, no certificate of completion or credit will be issued, and other action may be taken. Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
- Plagiarism, including any representation of someone else’s work or ideas as their own.
- Cheating, including any actual or attempted use or possession of resources prohibited by the instructor(s) or those that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate under the circumstances, or any actual or attempted effort to assist another participant in cheating.
- Double submission, including any submission of work for more than one course without express permission.
- Fabrication, including any forgery or creation, misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized alteration of documents, records, or credentials. This includes, but is not limited to, the inclusion of false information on any official form or document submitted to Early Care Evolution.

Early Care Evolution, LLC maintains a high standard of professionalism and shall not discriminate against learners, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, marital status, political opinion, trade union affiliation, social group, ethnic origin, or any other status protected by law.
All references to “applicable laws and regulations” in this Code of Conduct includes all local, national and international laws, codes, rules, directives, regulations and treaties.
