Our website is available 24/7. Phone support is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Policy

All materials accessible through or provided on www.earlycareevolution.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, downloadable resources, and other content, are the intellectual property of Early Care Evolution, LLC. Access to these materials, whether by browsing the website or purchasing courses, does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights to the user.

Users may download and use resources provided in Early Care Evolution courses or on www.earlycareevolution.com for their personal or professional use within their own programs, but they may not share, redistribute, or incorporate them into materials or trainings provided to third parties without prior written consent.

This website and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by Early Care Evolution, LLC, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Any unauthorized use, copying, modification, republication, duplication, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Additionally, any content produced by Early Care Evolution, including but not limited to resources from Forever Organized, is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not engage with the content in a way that implies affiliation with or representation of Early Care Evolution, LLC without proper authorization, nor may you use the content for any illegal or prohibited purposes.

Any use of the content outside of what is expressly permitted in this section is strictly prohibited.

Online Courses

Courses are available immediately upon purchase and can be accessed via the “Training Courses” section of your account. Once registered, courses cannot be switched. User(s) are expected to read all materials, complete assignments, and take quizzes. To earn credit, user(s) must meet the stated course requirements, including passing assessments. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility to receive credit or certificates, and user(s) must wait 365 days to repurchase the course. User(s) must know the basics of navigating online. User(s) will be monitored throughout the learning event.

Account Policy

All users must create personal accounts using accurate first and last names and a valid email address. Once an account is created, it cannot be transferred between individuals, and courses cannot be shared or transferred between accounts. Users should refrain from sharing their user information to log into their accounts with anyone. ECE reserves the right to disable or delete accounts without notice or refund at our sole discretion. Password resets can be requested through the login page.

Technology Requirements

To complete ECE courses, you will need regular access to a desktop or laptop. While tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices may allow for some completion of coursework, they are not guaranteed to work in all areas. Due to compatibility issues, do not attempt to take quizzes using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. Please ensure you have a PC or Mac-based computer available to complete coursework. Users must also have access to high-speed internet and updated browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay, through our secure website.

Refund Policy

Courses:

All online courses are non-refundable. However, if a user has not started or viewed the course, they may request the full amount in the form of store credit, which can be applied toward a future purchase. To be eligible for this credit, user(s) must submit a request within three (3) days of the purchase date. Credits issued will expire one year from the date of issuance.

Refund requests made after the three (3) day window or after the course has been started or accessed will not qualify for a refund or store credit. Additionally, courses purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate, including group purchases, are ineligible for refunds or credits.

In the event that Early Care Evolution is unable to offer or reschedule a training course, user(s) will receive a full refund.

Returns on Physical Product(s):

User(s) may request a refund for physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items marked as final sale (items ending in .96, .97, .98, and .99) are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping Options

  1. Self-Paid Return Shipping: User(s) may choose to return the product at their own expense by using their preferred shipping method. The product must be sent to the address provided during the return process.
  2. Prepaid Return Label: Early Care Evolution can provide a prepaid shipping label for user convenience. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. To initiate a return, please email support@earlycareevolution.com with “Return” in the subject line, including your first and last name, order number, reason for the return, and purchase date.

Shipping & Handling

Orders within the continental US are subject to USPS rates. Shipping typically takes 2-9 business days. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on weekdays will be processed the same day; orders placed after that will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on by 10:30 AM on Saturday will be processed the same day; orders placed after 10:30 AM or Sunday will be processed and assigned a tracking number on the following business day. Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally. If an order is submitted with a PO Box address, it will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

Lost Package(s)

In the case of lost or damaged packages, all physical products are insured through USPS. If a package is lost in transit, user(s) should file a claim directly with USPS by visiting USPS Missing Mail. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages, as they are covered by USPS insurance.

Promotional Terms

Prices for courses and products are subject to change. Promotional discounts or special offers are governed by specific terms and may not be combined. ECE reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Criteria to Earn Credit

User(s) must read all course content, take notes, and complete all the required assignments. There is a final assessment at the end of each course. User(s) will have two attempts to take the final assessment and must pass with a 70% or higher to earn credit. There will be no extra attempts to retake the final assessment. Once you have started the final assessment, complete it without interruption. If an user cannot pass the final assessment with a 70% or higher, we encourage them to consider taking another course that meets state requirements. If a user wishes to retake the same course, they must wait 365 days from the registration date to purchase and retake the same course.

Certificate of Completion

A certificate of completion is available immediately after completing a course, provided all requirements have been met. Certificates issued and printed from the website are official only if they are unaltered and signed by the user whose name is on the certificate and account. Certificates may not be reproduced, shared, or transferred. In the event of a dispute over a certificate’s authenticity, Early Care Evolution reserves the right to verify certificates for third parties, including but not limited to professional associations, state licensing bodies, corporations, and employer. We will not provide or discuss user data beyond what is necessary to establish the authenticity of a certificate. Early Care Evolution will have the final determination of the authenticity of a certificate.

Transcript

A transcript will list all of the training courses you took with Early Care Evolution and credit received. A transcript can be requested by emailing support@earlycareevolution.com or during normal business hours. There is a fee of $10. Please allow 3 to 5 days to complete your request.

Honor Code Policy

The honor code has been implemented to ensure user(s) uphold Early Care Evolution values of integrity, respect, and responsibility when registering for and completing any course. This course and its components must be completed solely by the user, who will receive credit for completing it. Components include course content, assignments, evaluations, and final assessments. Being dishonest in any way during this course is a form of misconduct that infringes on our honor code.

Misconduct includes but is not limited to: (I) Plagiarism, including any representation of someone else’s work or ideas as their own. (II) Cheating, including any actual or attempted use or possession of resources prohibited by the instructor(s) or those that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate under the circumstances, or any actual or attempted effort to assist another user in cheating. (III) Double submission, including any submission of work for more than one course without express permission. (IV) Fabrication, including any forgery or creation, misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized alteration of documents, records, or credentials. This includes, but is not limited to, the inclusion of false information on any official form or document submitted to Early Care Evolution.

If misconduct is brought to the attention of Early Care Evolution, we reserve the right to investigate and require further documentation from the user to determine whether misconduct has occurred. Early Care Evolution will use its sole discretion to decide the outcome of any wrongdoing in such an event. If the user is found to be dishonest in any way, no certificate of completion or credit will be issued, and other action may be taken.

Non-Discrimination Policy

ECE upholds a high standard of professionalism and will not discriminate against user(s) based on gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

Acknowledgment

By continuing to use Early Care Evolution website, you agree to the provisions above. You acknowledge that you have read, understood and will abide to Early Care Evolution’s “Terms of Use” and Privacy Policy. You further acknowledge that you are the user on the account being created and the user who will receive credit for the completion of this course.
